I purchased twist up crayons from Big Lots for about $1.50, there were 12 in a package. You can also find these at the Dollar Store or 99 cent center.
Remove the plastic cap from the top of the crayon by unsrewing it. This will be the taller glass and there isn't a bottom in it, the bottom can be faked if needed.
The bottom of the crayon has a long piece of plastic attached. Carefully pull it out taking care not to crack the plastic. This will be the shorter glass and it has a bottom.
Cut off the unwanted plastic with a dremmel on both peices. Make the cut right above where it looks like the rim of a glass.
Now you have a set of 24 "glass" tumblers in 2 different sizes.
